Shift Checker is a personal-use tool for its owner's work planning. It is not an employer booking system, a public Gmail service or a guarantee of availability.

Review before agreeing

Check the original offer, current work rota, leave approval and relevant family commitments before accepting work. Ambiguous email times, pending leave, draft rotas and incomplete calendar data require review.

No automatic commitment

An availability result does not accept a shift, reserve a keep or approve leave. Gmail access remains read-only. Any work acceptance or leave booking is performed separately by the owner.

The privacy policy describes data use and revocation. For support, use the support email displayed on the Shift Checker Google consent screen.
